If you need a recipe for salmon to go with a really great stir-fry, this one is it! The original recipe didn’t call for garlic, but I’m such a garlic fan, I couldn’t leave it out. This was so simple, a perfect simple supper (heart healthy too!).

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
24 ounces salmon filets
1 clove garlic, grated
- Heat broiler and prepare cookie sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
- Whisk together soy, honey and ginger.
- Broil salmon 4 inches from heat, basting with marinade 5 – 6 minutes until opaque.
