My friend, Candy, submits this recipe for a chicken breast roll. I love the sound of this dish, and can’t wait to try it. How can you miss with chicken, ham, cheese and my favorite, asparagus!
2 tbsp parmesan cheese , shredded (1 cup)
2 ounces black forest ham, sliced
1 slices muenster cheese
½ cup asparagus spears
1 ea chicken breast, halved and pounded flat
Season chicken breast halves with seasoning salt and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put one slice of ham in the middle of each breast. Lay asparagus spears on top. Finish with slice of muenster cheese. Fold the breast around the center ingredients and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle with season salt.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes to 160. Don’t overcook.
