Sesame Green Beans


I’m always looking for new ways to season vegetables. I love the Asian flavor of these beans. Even better they have no Weight Watchers points per serving. Good flavor and no points. Sounds great to me!

Serves 4


1    lbs    green beans
2    tsp    sesame seeds
1    tbsp    rice vinegar
1    tbsp    soy sauce
1    tsp    sugar
1/2    tsp    crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Steam beans til crisp tender.
  2. Toast sesame seeds then add remaining ingredients to make sauce.
  3. Toss with beans.
