Broiled Salmon With Orange-Mustard Glaze

I love the salmon. This is such an easy weekday recipe for salmon. I love the sweet orange marmalade with the heat of the red pepper sauce.

Serves 4


1    pound salmon fillet
2    tablespoons orange marmalade
2    teaspoons mustard seed
1/4    teaspoon salt
1/8    teaspoon red pepper sauce


  1. Set oven to broil.
  2. Broil salmon til almost done.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on salmon during the last five minutes of cooking.
