Gooey Chicken

This recipe is delicious! Easy to make, and just what it says “gooey!” The chicken becomes coated with a sweet sauce, and very moist and tender. I suppose you could do the same thing with chicken breasts to lighten up the calories, but I really think that legs, thighs, and wings work best.

Serves 6

8 oz Russian Dressing
10 oz Apricot preserves
1 pkg onion soup mix
3 lbs chicken parts

Combine dressing, preserves and soup mix and place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Season chicken and place skin side down in pan. Bake 375 for 45 minutes until chicken is done and juices run clear.
