Dutch Babies Yum!

My daughter, Lauren, wrote a cookbook for a project at school. This recipe soon became a family favorite. Easy to make, and so versatile. We topped with powdered sugar and a squeeze of lemon. Can you imagine adding fresh berries? How about a dollop of whipped cream? Yum!

Dutch Babies

Serves 4


3    ea    Eggs
½    cup    2 % Milk
½    cup    Flour
2    tbsp    Butter


Mix ingredients and pour into buttered skillet, cast iron is the best. Bake at 425.
