I love Buffalo Chicken Wings, but the calories and fat can really set back a healthy eating plan. This recipe is really yummy served with oven fries on the side. The originator of this recipe is unknown. Just add a side salad and this is an easy simple supper.
1 tbs paprika
2 tbs hot sauce
12 ounces chicken breasts
8 tbs light blue cheese salad dressing
Preheat oven to 350.
1. Cut chicken breasts into 1″ strips.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and marinade chicken for one hour.
3. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Remove chicken from marinade and grill in oven 15 – 20 minutes until done.
4. Serve with 2 tbs salad dressing.
