This is a good thing, don’t you think? While I like to make extra for use during the week, I have learned to keep it simple. Most of my friends prefer a lighter meal. They want an entree, salad, rolls. Just simple, good, food. You would laugh (and since most of you know me), at the number of dishes I would provide for my guests. Now I really try to keep it to one appetizer, an entree, salad or veggie dish, some kind of roll, bread or potato dish. Of course, we can’t forget a good wine either!
